For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for children and families in the Wayne community. As a board-certified pediatrician, I’ve built long-term relationships with generations of patients — watching them grow, thrive, and sometimes return with little ones of their own. In addition to running my private practice in Wayne for the past 25 years, I’ve spent the past 15 years working in the emergency room at JFK Medical Center in Edison as a Pediatric ER Physician. I’ve worked as a consultant to other pediatric Providers in solving complex infectious disease conditions. This has allowed me to provide more advanced care when children need it most. What matters most to me is simple: taking care of kids with compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to their well-being. My team and I treat every child as we would our own—always listening, always advocating, always focused on what’s best for the patient.

Dr. Rolando Sousa is a highly distinguished and board-certified Pediatrician and a board-eligible Pediatric Neurologist and Epileptologist. With over two decades of experience, he is recognized for providing compassionate, cutting-edge care for children, adolescents and young adults with complex neurological disorders. With a focus on innovative, traditional and holistic therapies and compassionate care, Dr. Sousa is dedicated to improving the quality of life for young patients with neurological disorders and their families. Navdeep Khanna is a caring and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a heart for helping others. Since graduating in December 2022, she has provided thoughtful, holistic care to individuals and families across all age groups. Her clinical journey started as a staff RN in a Mental Health institution for almost 10 years before she took advanced training as a family Nurse Practitioner. Her experience has included supporting those facing mental health challenges and, more recently, caring for children and young adults in a pediatric setting. Navdeep is known for her calm presence, deep empathy, and strong commitment to building trusting relationships with her patients and their families. She believes in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them with kindness, knowledge, and understanding.
